HERE THERE is a brand and online store operated by Ool Literary. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and information for our products. However, product colours, grain, tone, and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of wood.
Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain, tone, colour, knots, and small variations from piece to piece are expected and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HERE THERE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, processed, or production has begun.
Items are produced and finished in small batches in our workshop. Estimated processing or dispatch times are shown on the relevant product page and/or in our Shipping Policy.
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly shown on the product page.
Customised or personalised items may have different cancellation, return, or refund conditions, as described in our Refund Policy and on the relevant product page.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels due to platform fees, payment fees, shipping arrangements, taxes, promotions, or other operating costs.
Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, estimated processing times, delivery times, and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy and/or shown at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, additional shipping costs may apply.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and carrier handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For US orders, we may ship DDP (duties/taxes paid) where applicable. In this case, estimated import fees may be included in the shipping cost to help avoid charges on delivery.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and non-returnable items are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - CUSTOMISED AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
Some products may be customised or personalised at the customer’s request.
Customised or personalised items include items made to a customer-specific request, such as special dimensions, custom cut-outs, engraving, modified specifications, or other changes agreed before production.
Standard product options, such as wood type, colour option, or listed accessory compatibility, are not considered customised unless clearly stated on the product page or agreed separately.
Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, text, images, product photos, graphics, videos, audio, designs, layouts, and product descriptions, is owned by HERE THERE, Ool Literary, our affiliates, or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
HERE THERE’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade names of HERE THERE or Ool Literary. You must not use them without prior written permission.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Ool Literary, operating under the brand name HERE THERE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ool Literary / HERE THERE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
