Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and carrier handling fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. We will review the issue and help make it right.

 

Customised and Non-returnable Items

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes items made to a customer-specific request, such as special dimensions, custom cut-outs, engraving, modified specifications, or other changes agreed before production.

Standard product options, such as wood type, colour option, or listed accessory compatibility, are not considered customised unless clearly stated on the product page or agreed separately.

The following items also cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards

Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain, tone, colour, knots, and small variations from piece to piece are expected and are not considered defects.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where an exception is permitted by applicable law.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
