Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered from HERE THERE, operated by Ool Literary.
Order Processing & Production
Items are produced, stocked, and finished in small batches in our workshop.
Some items may be available in small quantities and can be dispatched sooner. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.
For items that require production or finishing, please allow 7–14 business days for production, finishing, quality check, and packing before shipment.
If an item has a different processing time, or if it is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly shown on the product page.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected international destinations shown at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier handling fees.
Shipping rates may vary by destination and order contents.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped using a trackable service, primarily EMS. The carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, customs conditions, and shipping availability.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
US Orders (DDP)
US orders are generally shipped DDP (duties/taxes paid) where applicable.
For US orders, estimated import fees and carrier handling costs may be included in the shipping rate to help avoid additional charges on delivery.
This is one reason US shipping rates may be higher than some other destinations.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and carrier handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier.
If a package is returned because the recipient refuses to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling fees, we will not reship the order.
In such cases, any refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy, minus original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, import fees, carrier handling fees, and any other related costs incurred.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including recipient name, address, postal code, email address, and phone number where required for delivery.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, additional shipping costs may apply.
If a package is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@htheredesign.com with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.
