Order Processing & Production

All items are made to order.

Please allow 7–14 days from the time your order is placed until it is shipped.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is paid by the customer.

All international orders are shipped using a trackable service (primarily EMS, but the carrier may vary depending on circumstances).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

 

Customs & Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, and the package is returned, we will not reship the order.

In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost, taxes, and other related fees.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
